• 8 oz Prime Rib – Slowly cooked to retain its juices, served with au jus and horseradish sauce. Includes your choice of side and salad or soup.

Dinner Specials | 4:00 PM – Close

• Beef Wellington – 6 oz flame-broiled filet topped with mushrooms and wrapped in puff pastry, finished with a rich cabernet sauce. Served with your choice of side and salad or soup.
• Ruby’s Salmon en Croute – 8 oz salmon filet with tomatoes and onions, wrapped in puff pastry and topped with thyme cream sauce. Served with your choice of side and salad or soup.
